ARE YOU FOLLOWING UP WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS?

TIP 1: Following up allows for you to take control of your Avon business. Instead of you waiting for your customers to order from you, you are asking them if they have an order.

TIP 2: Following up provides great customer service!

TIP 3: Following up shows your customer that you care and are attentive to their needs.

TIP 4: Also be sure to follow up the next campaign after you have delivered their order to make sure they like their purchase! 

TIP 5: Contact your customer when their favorite item goes on sale! It gives them a chance to stock up and save money! Your customers will appreciate you looking out for them.

TIP 6: When you call to follow-up ask if they know of anyone that needs an Avon Representative and if they can give you their contact information OR if they will share their book with that person. Offer your customer a small discount on their order for the referral  and a small Avon gift once their referral places an order!

TIP 7: When you follow up, also ask if they know of anyone who needs extra income and that you would love to show that person about what you do as an Avon Representative. (This could be a great start for someone looking to get into leadership!)

Last but not least...

TIP 8: Be sure to follow up every 4-6 weeks to make sure they never run out of the product they order. If they run out, how simple will it be for them to make a dash to the store and buy another product? If you order and have their product ready for them before it runs out, you have eliminated the other option.
